Burbank Construction
General Contractors Burbank
Description
Service covers Burbank and nearby cities, from foothill lots against the Verdugo Mountains to the level flatland streets. Burbank Construction sets up the visit, and a general contractor from the area walks the house and does the work. Jobs include kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, ADUs and garage conversions, room additions, seismic retrofitting and concrete driveways, for homes in Burbank as well as Los Angeles and San Fernando. Older houses here often hide ungrounded wiring or cut framing behind the walls, so the plan can change once a wall is open. On foothill lots, slope and drainage shape the outdoor work before any footing or slab goes in, which is why the walkthrough comes first.
