She sees clients in person every day and follows up with them personally even after discharge. A native Spanish speaker, she makes care accessible to families who feel most understood in their own language.

He brings a steady, reassuring presence to a frightening moment and extends genuine, in-language care to Los Angeles's Korean community — a rare offering in addiction treatment.
