Dr. Winstead is passionate about partnering with patients to help them achieve their individual health goals. She works to empower patients to make stepwise changes in their lives towards better sleep, better nutrition, better mood, and the management of chronic disease. She has a special interest in facilitating safe transitions from the hospital to the home environment and working with a geriatric population.
